TOURNAMENT RULES

Team & Player Eligibility
• All players must be properly registered and rostered.

• Valid player identification may be checked before games. Accepted forms include a Player ID, passport, or school ID accompanied by a birth certificate.

• Players may participate on more than one team during the tournament, provided the teams are within the same club and the player meets the age requirements for each division.

Team Requirements
• Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
• Brackets are based on the number of registered teams.
• Teams are responsible for arriving on time and ready to play.

Code of Conduct
• Coaches are responsible for their players and spectators.
• Respect toward referees, players, coaches, and tournament staff is required at all times.
• Abusive or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
• Players, coaches, or spectators may be removed for misconduct.

Field & Facility Rules
• Parents and spectators must remain outside the field of play. Only players, registered coaches, and team managers are permitted in designated team areas.
• No pets are allowed.
• Chairs and canopies are not permitted at the fields.
• No smoking is allowed at the facility.

MATCH RULES

Game Procedures
• Substitutions are allowed during stoppages at the referee's discretion.
• Teams must change jerseys or wear pinnies if colors conflict.
• Teams must provide game balls when requested.
• Referees have final authority during all matches.
• A red card results in removal from the match and may result in additional suspension.
• Serious misconduct or referee abuse may result in removal from the tournament without a refund.

Equipment
• Shin guards are required.
• Jewelry is not permitted during matches.
• Jerseys must have visible numbers.
• Goalkeepers must wear a color that distinguishes them from both teams.

Game Lengths
• 11v11: Two 30-minute halves.
• 9v9: Two 25-minute halves.
• 7v7: Two 25-minute halves.

Game Clock
• The game clock begins at the referee’s first whistle and runs continuously.
• Time lost due to delays or stoppages will not be added back.

Referee Fees
• 11v11: $60 per team, per game.
• 9v9: $30 per team, per game.
• 7v7: $30 per team, per game.

POINTS & TIEBREAKERS

Group Play Points
• Win = 3 points
• Tie = 1 point
• Loss = 0 points
• Forfeit = 3 points to opponent

Group-stage matches may end in a tie.

Pool Play Tiebreakers
1. Head-to-head*
2. Goal differential
3. Most goals scored
4. Fewest goals allowed

*Head-to-head may be skipped when more than two teams are tied.

Check-In
Team managers or head coaches must complete check-in before their first scheduled match. Required player documentation must be available for verification.
